Not long ago, everyday I went to bed at about 23:30. But lately, I go to bed at 22:30. Because I am getting sleepy faster. Wake up time is not change. I think my body need more sleep than before.
Over the past few years, maybe I have worked a lot more than, I thought. So my body and mind maybe have been tired.
As a result, I need more sleep than before. I guess.
However, maybe I am simply getting older.
I have sleep about 5 hours on average. But that is maybe short. If I can, I have to get sleep about 7-8 hours. I am almost 48 years old. So I have to change my sleeping life.
