Good morning.
I can’t seem to recover from the fatigue of these days. When I was younger, I used to recover very quickly, but now, if I work hard for a few days, it takes me a lot of days to recover.
By the way, a few days ago, I was happy with one our business. A particular concert concluded smoothly thanks to my employees. I always hope to pass on my knowledge to my employees.
I want to nurture the next generation of business professionals. That’s my primary goal in business. I can’t be young forever. When I was young, I had jobs suitable for that age, and now that I’m older, I have responsibilities that match my age.
Even if I want to get involved in younger people’s work, do not touch the work directly.. I should only observe. Initially, they may make mistakes, but if they persist, they will learn and grow.
I aspire to share all my experiences with the next generation.
