Today, I want to talk about something I’ve been thinking about lately.
I’ve had a lot of experience in my work. When there’s a problem, I usually have suggestions to offer. I really want my team members to succeed in their work.
However, if I always give them answers easily, they might not learn and grow. When I’m always visible and accessible, they tend to rely on me for solutions. That isn’t good for their development.
So, sometimes, I need to step back and not always be in their view. This way, they can try to find solutions on their own. It’s important for their growth.
