These days, I wake up around 6 am almost every day. It’s kind of funny, but by noon, I start feeling sleepy! I really wish I could take a nap every day, but most of the time, I can’t.
And you won’t believe it, but I get sleepy again at around 8 pm! If I could, I’d probably go to bed at 9 pm!
Gee, am I getting old? Have I become an old man? Maybe it’s true. I guess I need to pay attention to how my body is changing. It’s time to adjust my lifestyle to match the present.
