Yesterday, I went on a little one-day trip. The total travel time was about 7 hours. When I was younger, it was okay, but now I’ve been feeling gradually more tired. I am sad.
I need to be mindful when planning my trips and take better care of my body. If I push myself too hard, I can’t perform well the next day. It’s a bit of a sad story, but it’s true. I need to fully understand that my body is changing. I am sad.
