These days, I’m gradually becoming an early sleeper. My daily routine starts with waking up at 6 am, writing this blog, responding to emails, going for a jog, taking a shower, having breakfast, and leaving my house around 10 am.
Lately, I’ve been surprised by myself! Nowadays, I start feeling sleepy around 11 am. 11 am, not pm! I really wish I could take a nap if possible. What’s happening to my body? I’ve come to realize that I’m slowly turning into an old man, but I can’t believe it! 11 am seems too early for this.
If I could take a nap at noon, I’d feel refreshed. But if I can’t, no worries, I can still work as usual! Please don’t worry about it.
It seems like the energy in my body is getting weaker compared to before. It’s similar to a smartphone’s battery. Just like using a smartphone for a long time weakens the battery, maybe the same thing is happening to my body!
This isn’t a sad topic, it’s a funny one! Haha!
