People say that as you get older, your body undergoes changes. I used to not notice this change for a long time. However, recently, I’ve started to feel it.
I’ve been gradually becoming an early sleeper. I start feeling sleepy in the early evening, around 9 or 10 p.m.! It’s quite early for me, and I’m surprised by this fact!
Nevertheless, I can’t escape the changes in my body. I’ve come to accept this fact. I’ve become someone who goes to bed early and wakes up early!
